Проверка прокуратуры Ивановской области показала нарушения в организации местного самоуправления. Прокурор региона подал иск в суд с требованием вернуть бывшим главой Иванова незаконно полученные деньги.
С 2016 по 2024 год Шарыпов, будучи мэром, самостоятельно решал вопрос о начислении себе дополнительных стимулирующих выплат, общая сумма которых превысила 3,7 миллиона рублей. При этом он не принял меры для устранения конфликта интересов.
Прокуратура направила представление в администрацию Иванова.
