Дело в том, что в ряде других арабских стран ставки налога при выплате дивидендов снижены до 5%. Тогда как ОАЭ Россия предлагает уменьшить их до 10%. Арабские Эмираты в целом согласны. Однако они настаивают на пересмотре договоренностей с некоторыми другими странами и установлении там аналогичных налоговых ставок.
