Сообщается, что отделку из белого камня очистят от загрязнения, предусмотрен ремонт белокаменными плитами. Кроме того, обновят кирпичный штукатурный цоколь, стены, балконы, кованные ограждения, крыльцо и металлический навес на главном фасаде. В ведомстве заверили, что во время реставрации исторический облик здания будет сохранен.
