Предполагается, что в связке с другими начальниками Сунгатуллин за взятки выдавал лицензии МЧС на монтаж и техобслуживание систем пожарной безопасности зданий. Чуть ранее по делу задержали директора компании ООО «Мой дом» Владимира Разуваева, после чего вышли на сотрудника МЧС.
Сегодня вечером Сунгатуллину планируется избрать меру пресечения.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
