Пять законопроектов, разработанных комиссией Госдумы по миграционной политике планируется внести на рассмотрение палаты парламента 1 октября. Об этом сообщил Володин.

Законопроекты включают в себя:

▪️Признание отягчающим наказание обстоятельства совершения преступления лицом, незаконно находящимся в РФ;
▪️Отнесение организации незаконной миграции к особо тяжким преступлениям;
▪️Установление меры повышенной ответственности за подделку, изготовление или оборот поддельных документов;
▪️Предлагается ввести внесудебную блокировку интернет-ресурсов, в которых содержатся предложения о незаконных услугах для мигрантов.
