Суд продлил арест 33-летнему водителю внедорожника, который вечером 13 августа наехал на пешеходов у РК Планета. В аварии погибла 50-летняя жительница Хабаровска, известный врач-невролог.
В ходе заседания водитель вновь выразил свои соболезнования семье пострадавших и подтвердил, что выполняет свои обещания о компенсации.
Адвокат обвиняемого и защитник потерпевших не настаивали ни на домашнем аресте, ни на переводе обвиняемого в следственный изолятор.
