Мы считаем, что уже в начале 2027 года мы уйдем в опытно-промышленную эксплуатацию и будем использовать низкоорбитальную группировку для того, чтобы пользоваться интернетом через спутники.
Учитывая масштабы нашей страны, территорию, учитывая то, что много маленьких населенных пунктов, запуск спутниковой низкоорбитальной группировки дает возможность в масштабе всей страны иметь доступ к интернету.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
