В эти выходные европейские страны переходят на зимнее время — переводят стрелки на час назад. Это означает, что у нас всех будет возможность поспать на час дольше, при этом светать и темнеть будет на час раньше. Разница во времени с Россией станет на час больше — там от перевода часов отказались.
Отказаться от смены времени должны были и в Евросоюзе — такое решение еще в 2019 году принял Европарламент. Последний перевод часов должен был состояться в 2020 году, но он не произошел из-за пандемии. Смена времени останется с нами как минимум до 2026 года включительно.
К летнему времени мы вернемся 30 марта 2025 года — переведем стрелки на час назад.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
