会议决定,对今年四季度制造业中小微企业实现的企业所得税和国内增值税、国内消费税及随其附征的城市建设维护税,以及个体工商户、个人独资和合伙企业缴纳的个人所得税(不含其代扣代缴的个人所得税)实行阶段性税收缓缴,预计可为制造业中小微企业缓税2000亿元左右。
为纾解煤电、供热企业经营困难,对其今年四季度实现的税款实施缓缴,预计缓税总额170亿元左右。
上述缓税措施延期缴纳时间最长为3个月。
会议决定,将境外机构投资者投资境内债券市场取得的债券利息收入免征企业所得税和增值税政策的实施期限,延长至2025年12月31日。

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
