«Новый онлайн-сервис предоставит возможность пассажиру купить билет на уже «распроданный» поезд, если в нем появятся места (например, добавили вагон или кто-то вернул билеты). При этом оставить “Заявку в лист ожидания” можно только на поезда, продажа билетов на которые открыта», – говорится в сообщении.
Чтобы это сделать, нужно нажать кнопку «Заявка в лист ожидания», которая появляется, как только заканчиваются места в купейные, плацкартные и сидячие вагоны. При запросе пассажир может указать количество мест и требования к ним.
При появлении в системе билетов, удовлетворяющих запросу, пользователю поступает уведомление и ссылка для оплаты билетов в течение двух часов. Если за это время билеты не будут оплачены, бронь аннулируется, и система предложит эти места следующим пассажирам.
