Вряд ли и прямолинейные США такое могли осуществить – они бы просто с самолётов бомбили. Тут нужна старая, изощрённая в диверсиях нация. Таких в Европе немного – французы, голландцы и англичане. Первых двух отбросим в силу сильного старения элит (французы даже со своими африканскими колониями, где всегда были сильны, уже не справляются). Остаётся только одна изощрённая нация.
