Такое повышение произойдет впервые более чем за двадцать лет существования института ОСАГО. Новый штраф будет совсем немного не дотягивать до средней стоимости полиса (сейчас около 7,65 тыс. руб.). Инициативу поддержали правительство, МВД и участники рынка, по данным которых до 10% российских водителей не страхуют гражданскую ответственность.
