За уроженцем Брянской области числятся два нападения:
▪️в январе 2025 года он, находясь в заброшенном здании в городе Орехово-Зуево, «совершил насильственные действия сексуального характера в отношении малолетней»; ▪️в этот же период «совершил иные развратные действия и изнасилование в отношении еще одной девочки».

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
