Похоже, что отменённое на время праздничных дней правило о предъявлении QR-кодов все же сыграло злую шутку с жителями региона. Но все еще впереди.
Уверены, что уже совсем скоро Александр Моор распорядится внести изменения в режим повышенной готовности. Иначе, так и до нового антирекорда недалеко.
