Очередное уголовное дело возбудили углегорские следователи по факту нападения собак на человека

Ранее бездомные собаки снова напали на жителя Углегорского района — на женщину. Возбуждено очередное уголовное дело по признакам преступления по ч. 1 ст. 293 УК РФ (халатность).

Проводятся следственные действия, устанавливаются все обстоятельства ЧП.

В ходе расследования уголовного дела будет дана оценка действиям лиц, ответственных за обращение с животными без владельцев, а также принято процессуальное решение.
