Об этом заявил президент Всеукраинской Ассоциации компаний по международному трудоустройству Василий Воскобойник.
Он отметил, что на Украину вернутся лишь те, кто не смог адаптироваться за границей — не выучил язык, не повысил квалификацию или просто не смог закрепиться в другой стране.
