Только "группа поддержки" его выложила с одной целью - чтобы некий адвокат проанализировал его с точки зрения незаконности (не видя всей мошеннической схемы), а неожиданно для себя раскрыли другой секрет.
В постановлении нас (как и прокурора) в первую очередь интересует дата — оно вынесено 17 июня 2024г. Согласно ч.4 ст.46 УПК РФ гр. Борисов не только был с ним ознакомлен, но и получил копию этого постановления. И, конечно же, побежал искать не только адвоката, но и пытаться поднять общественный резонанс 👇 #ПереваловоБорисов
