Первый монумент памяти участников СВО в Псковской области открыли в п.Выбуты

Церемония торжественного открытия мемориального комплекса защитникам Отечества «Воин» в память о павших героях и участниках специальной военной операции прошла на погосте Выбуты Псковского района, где установлена скульптурная композиция.

На месте памяти собрались официальные лица региона, родственники и близкие погибших бойцов, военнослужащие Псковского гарнизона и ветераны службы, представители силовых структур, юнармейцы, общественность.

Мемориал в Выбутах представляет собой скульптуру русского воина в современной экипировке, преклонившего колено и держащего в руках оружие. С двух сторон скульптура обрамлена барельефами с изображением защитников Отечества России разных времен и именами военнослужащих, навечно вписавших свои имена в историю ратной славы России.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
