На основании акта обследования приказом Управтодора РС(Я) с 24 января разрешено движение автотранспорта с общим весом до 40 тонн по ледовому автозимнику "Кангалассы - Соттинцы" автомобильной дороги "Борогон".
Технико-эксплуатационное состояние автозимника обеспечивает ООО "СУ-77".
