Министерство финансов региона утвердило порядок проведения отбора финансовых организаций для размещения облигаций в 2023 году. В документе указано, что Средний Урал выпустит ценных бумаг на 20 млрд рублей. За данную услугу власти заплатят банку 30 млн.
Напомним, государственный долг Свердловской области превышает 106 млрд руб, регион входит в топ-5 субъектов РФ по размеру задолженности.
