Вчера состоялось заседание Арбитражного суда г. Москвы по делу о банкротстве Euroclear. Представители ЦБ и НРД не только высказались против введения процедуры, но и отдельно отметили:
(1) Банкротство Euroclear не имеет оснований, так как активы у Euroclear есть.
(2) Однако они расположены на специальных счетах типа «С» и «И», в связи с чем удовлетворение требований кредиторов за их счет не представляется возможным.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
