Бытовая техника -- желательно, но всё решаемо. Главное: цена. Вот её хотелось бы поменьше, а не как на Циане. Жильцов двое, пара в районе 35 лет. Есть ещё кот и кошка, но вреда жилью они не наносят, проверено годами.
