Вчера на тот же период участки посетило всего 11,55% человек, в численном показателе — 211 679. Это значит, что 10 сентября в 3 раза больше избирателей решили проголосовать на выборах губернатора и депутатов в облдуму.
По итогам же первого дня на 20:00 явка составила 20,93%. Самый большой показатель оказался в Тамбовской области — 26,21%. Саратовская расположилась на втором.
Также на второй день выборов не обошлось без выходок известных товарищей, которые ходят под красным флагом. Кто бы сомневался? 🤔

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
