Суд Баранавіцкага раёна і Баранавіч 15 снежня вынес прысуд 39-гадоваму станочніку мэблевай фабрыкі «Лагуна» ЯўгенуПашукевічу. Мужчыну абвінавацілі ў паклёпе на Лукашэнку паводле ч. 2 арт. 367 КК. Справу разглядала суддзя ІнаПаўлоўская.
Калі казаць папросту, то Яўген паставіў адзнаку «Клас» пасту, дзе быў намаляваны Лукашэнка. Пазней мужчына прадаў той планшэт на запчасткі. На думку суда, гэты пост не адпавядае рэчаіснасці, істотна прыніжае гонар і годнасць асобы, а таксама дыскрэдытуе Лукашэнку ў вачах грамадскасці.
Суд прызначыў Пашукевічу пакаранне ў выглядзе абмежавання волі без накіравання яго ў папраўчую ўстанову адкрытага тыпу тэрмінам на 4 гады.
