6 августа Ленинский суд Бреста начал рассматривать уголовное дело против 4 людей: Литвинчук Олег, Гудкова Алевтина, Оверчук Леонид и Оверчук Матвей. Всех обвиняют по ч.1 ст.342 (Групповое нарушение общественного порядка).
Силовики уже отчитывались о задержании некоторых из них: так, в начале июня-2024 было видео про братьев Оверчуков. Мы нашли, что оба имеют зарегистрированные ИП: один занимается ремонтом авто, второй продажей автозапчастей.
Сегодня суд продолжается. Роль судьи исполняет Андрей Грушко.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
