На 30 сентября в березовском суде запланировано судебное заседание по замене "домашней химии" на колонию. Как указано в расписании суда, это будет суд над мужчиной с именем Юдчиц Юрий Леонидович.
Это полный тезка ранее осужденного по 2 политическим делам березовчанина (сперва мужчине дали 3 месяца ареста за интернет-комментарий про милиционера "позывной - дрищ", а потом дали 2 года "домашней химии" за комментарий про другого милиционера).
Как пишут березовские активисты, Юдчиц полтора года назад сбежал за границу, не отбыв "домашнюю химию".
А сейчас, как видно из расписания суда, Юдчица решили (заочно) за это наказать (заочным) переводом в колонию.
