Вынесен приговор вот уже 10й группе людей, которых судили по ст.342 УК за акцию протеста 10 августа 2020 года в Бресте. Судья Александр Семенчук вчера огласил приговор:
▪️Протасюк Александр — 1 год колонии ▪️Мартынов Алексей — 1 год 6 месяцев колонии ▪️Ломонос Эльвира — 2 года "химии" ▪️Бондарук Татьяна — 2 года "домашней химии" ▪️Грабинский Вячеслав — 3 года "домашней химии"
Таким образом, уже известно про 58 осужденных по статье 342 УК за брестские протесты, проходившие 10 августа 2020 года. По такой статье за протесты того дня судят с формулировками "выкрикивали лозунги, демонстрировали полотна бело-красно-белого цвета, выходили на проезжую часть" — то есть людей судят за реализацию права на мирный протест.
