На улице Сахалинской мужчина мешал спокойной жизни соседей: испортил домофон, вырвал батарею, разливал кипяток, сломал лифт. По словам жителей дома, 15 декабря нарушителя отправили в изолятор временного содержания на 10 дней.

После освобождения крушитель продолжил наводить страх на жильцов. Чувствуя безнаказанность, мужчина пытался добраться до одной из соседок, угрожая и запугивая женщину.
