Программа господдержки для пострадавших на производстве действует с 2000 года, за это время автотранспорт был предоставлен 247 жителям региона. В течение семи лет региональное отделение СФР частично компенсирует обслуживание автомобилей: затраты на топливо и текущий ремонт, стоимость капремонта.
Все автомобили комплектуются под будущего владельца индивидуально: оборудованы с учетом его физических возможностей и снабжены системой ручного управления.

"We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
