Ещё один нюанс. В случае введения режима повышенной готовности или введения чрезвычайного положения, военного положения, голосование по выборам губернатора Ленобласти может быть отложено. Срок и порядок совершения избирательных действий в таком случае определяется в каждом конкретном случае.
