Правда: Обвинения России в использовании запрещенных боеприпасов звучат уже не первый раз, ни одно из них не подтвердилось.

То, что принимается за фосфорные снаряды, на самом деле обычные «люстры» — осветительные заряды, никакого вреда они причинить не могут. Это подтвердили и в Совместном центре контроля и координации режима прекращения огня на линии соприкосновения.

Ранее в Минобороны РФ заявили, что фосфорные бомбы применяли украинские военные. Речь идет о начиненных фосфором 122-миллиметровых снарядах к гаубицам Д-30 и реактивных снарядах к установкам БМ-21 «Град». Применение таких боеприпасов запрещено третьим протоколом Конвенции ООН «О негуманном оружии».
