продукты: хурма — 1 крупная или 2 средние сыр халуми для жарки – 200 гр кейл – упаковка шпинат – горсть авокадо (по желанию) орехи, семена тыквы, зернышки граната — по желанию
заправка: оливковое масло - 3 ст. ложки бальзамический уксус – 1 ст. ложка сушеный орегано – ½ ст. ложки соль, паприка, дижонская горчица – по ½ ст. ложки мед – 1 ст. ложка
приготовление: 🟩нарезаем хурму кружочками, халуми — ломтиками и обжариваем на сухой сковороде с двух сторон до золотистого цвета. 🟩выкладываем на тарелку кейл и шпинат, порезанную хурму, обжаренный сыр халуми, семечки/орехи, гранатовые зерна, если есть 🟩смешиваем ингредиенты для заправки, поливаем салат и наслаждаемся😋
