За последние три месяца в краевой столице нашли аж 35 таких объектов, которые по бумагам являются бесхозными. Понятное дело, что власти муниципалитета пытаются точечно решать такие проблемы, но жителям то, что делать. Ждать, когда их дом, подвал или квартиру затопит?
