После перехода другого однокурсника по институту - Шишкина Е.В. с должности директора МКУ «Дирекция единого заказчика капитального строительства» на должность руководителя управления строительной политики, Ким А.С., по протекции Петрина С.А., стал директором вышеуказанного подведомственного учреждения.
