Оператор не заблокировал звонок с подменного иностранного номера, что нарушает законодательство. Летом 2023 года пенсионер из деревни Низино перевел мошенникам 250 тысяч рублей.
По мировому соглашению «Мегафон» вернет эту сумму и выплатит 100 тысяч рублей за моральный ущерб.
