✔️2 небольших куриных филе, ✔️1 яйцо, ✔️3-4 ст. ложки греческого йогурта.
Приготовление:
✔Куриное филе нарезать на небольшие кусочки, ✔Все ингредиенты закинуть в блендер, ✔Получившуюся массу разложить в силиконовые формы ✔Варить 15-20 мин под закрытой крышкой.
⭐Можно сделать 2 формы простые, 2 формы с морковкой на терке, 2 формы с зеленью (например с укропом)
Воду в кастрюлю добавить по уровень суфле в силиконовых формах, не выше, иначе вода попадет на суфле.
⭐У меня получилось 7 суфле. 1 приготовила, 6 заморозила.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
