В Саратовской области до 20 ноября запустят единый реестр наркоманов. Постановление о его создании подписал министр здравоохранения региона Владимир Дудаков.
Реестр составят по базе данных базе областной психиатрической больницы. В него внесут сведения о лицах, которые по решению суда обязаны пройти лечение от наркотической зависимости.
Реестр будет содержать фамилии, имена, отчества, даты рождения, места проживания наркоманов, а также статьи судебных дел, номера решений судов и назначенный судами способ принудительного лечения.

Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
