We believe that forces outside the region are driving this escalation. While condemning Israel's disproportionate actions, we urge all parties to cease hostilities immediately and refrain from further escalation, as it risks causing irreversible and destructive consequences for all involved.
We also call on the Armenian authorities to take concrete steps to ensure the safety of the Armenian population in the region.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
