Zu diesem Zweck haben Bundesinnenministerin Nancy #Faeser und die Antirassismus-Beauftragte Reem Alabali-Radovan Ende Januar 2025 das Strategiepapier „Gemeinsam für mehr Vielfalt in der Bundesverwaltung“ vorgelegt, an dem zahlreiche Migrantenorganisationen mitwirkten.
Darüber hinaus werden umfassende Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte geplant. Diese sollen sich auf unbewusste Vorurteile, Antidiskriminierung und chancengerechte Beurteilung konzentrieren. Zudem sollen niedrigschwellige Beschwerdewege und Anlaufstellen eingerichtet werden.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
