كل انتسابٍ لغير الإسلام لا ينبغي أن يعول عليه، صوفية سلفية..وكل من انتسبَ إلى طائفةٍ من الطوائف أيا كان اسمها فإن قولَه لا يرد جملةً لمجرد انتسابه، وإنما ينظر في قوله مسألة مسألة ورأيًا رأيًا، وكذلك قوله لا يقبل جملةً لمجرد انتسابه وإنما ينظر في قوله مسألة مسألة. ولو كان منتسبًا لاسم غير شرعي أو يعده مخالفوه بدعة كاسم الاعتزال عند السنة أو اسم السنة عند المعتزلة. إلا أن كان انتسابه لمعنى كليٍّ مخالفٍ للإسلام.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
