Сегодня свой столетний юбилей отмечает евпаториец, ветеран Великой Отечественной войны Андрей Николаевич Дикан.

Андрей Николаевич был призван на фронт в 1943 году, получил ранение под Варшавой. В 50-е годы переехал в Евпаторию. Более 35-ти лет трудился на нашем авиаремонтном заводе.

Уважаемый Андрей Николаевич, поздравляю Вас с днём рождения! Спасибо за Ваш вклад в Великую Победу! Преклоняюсь перед мужеством, с которым Вы прошли все тяготы и невзгоды военных лет.

Желаю Вам крепкого здоровья, счастья и благополучия! Пусть в жизни будет побольше положительных эмоций, а рядом всегда будут родные и близкие люди.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
