Средства пойдут на финансирование дефицита бюджета и погашения долговых обязательств муниципалитета по другим кредитам. За полумиллионный кредит мэрия готова выплатить до 11,83% годовых, за трехсоттысячный – до 12,33%.
Такая ситуация говорит о том, власти Южно-Сахалинска во главе с мэром Надсадиным весьма странно распоряжаются городским бюджетом, ведь для нормального его функционирования постоянно приходится влезать в долги. А ведь возвращать проценты придется за счет налогоплательщиков.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
