Неплохой размах для таких мероприятий: сразу видно - за региональные средства можно и на широкую ногу пожить. А проблемы в островном субъекте, тем временем, пылятся на дальней полке и ждут, когда же ими займутся очень занятые осваиванием бюджета власть имущие.
