Владимир Путин дал поручение правительству РФ совместно с РЖД рассмотреть вопрос организации пассажирского и грузового железнодорожного сообщения между Крымом и центральной частью России через Донбасс и Новороссию.
Поручения по итогам совещания по вопросам социально-экономического развития новых регионов опубликованы на сайте Кремля.
Согласно документу, при разработке проекта необходимо учесть планы развития портовой инфраструктуры полуострова. Доклад по этому вопросу должен быть представлен до 31 марта 2025 года. Ответственными за выполнение поручения назначены премьер-министр Михаил Мишустин и глава РЖД Олег Белозеров.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
