🔹با توجه به بارش برف و به‌‌منظور تسهیل در تردد و صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و براساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، فعالیت‌های آموزشی حضوری مدارس و دانشگاه‌های استان تعطیل بوده و فعالیت همه دستگاه‌های اجرایی، بانک‌ها و حوزه‌های قضایی استان در روز شنبه ۴ اسفند با یک ساعت تأخیر آغاز خواهد شد.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
