الجميع، وهو كلّ ما لا حيلة له على الإطلاق ولا يستطيع لنفسه نفعاً، فالله يسبّب له ذلك بفضله.
إنَّ قلت: فإنَّ اليتيم عندئذٍ ينطبق على غير اليتيم.
قلنا: بل هو يتيمٌ من الناحية المذكورة. وهنا نشير إلى أنَّ الواو الثانية يمكن أن تكون للقسم والعطف.
كما أنَّها تشبه سورة الليل بكونها تبدأ بقَسَمين (الليل والنهار)، ولا ثالث لها.
إلّا أنَّها متعاكسة؛ إذ تبدأ هذه بالنهار وتبدأ تلك بالليل، مضافاً إلى ما سبق.
قال الراغب: الضحى انبساط الشمس وامتداد النهار، وسُمّي الوقت به. قال: وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا و إِلَّا عَشِيَّةً أَوْ ضُحَاهَا و وَالضُّحَى* وَاللَّيْلِ و أَخْرَجَ ضُحَاهَا و وَأَنْ يُحْشَرَ النَّاسُ ضُحًى. وضحى يضحى تعرّض للشمس. قال: وَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضْحَى أي: لك أن تتصوّن من حرّ الشمس.
أقول: الضاحي مَن ليس له دارٌ يصونه، ومنه المضحى، وهو المعرض للشمس اقتضاء فيصدق ولو في الليل.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
