Утвержден 24-часовой распорядок работы пункта пропуска на российской стороне с 3 января 2023 года в одностороннем порядке. Пункт пропуска Хэйхэ продолжит работу без изменений. Въезд в пункт пропуска автомобильного транспорта, следующего на убытие из РФ, приостанавливается с 22.00 по нашему времени.

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
