От лица Кабинета министров Кыргызстана документ подписал министр транспорта Абсаттар Сыргабаев, от лица совместной проектной компании — председатель совета директоров ОсОО «Железнодорожная компания Китай – Кыргызстан – Узбекистан» Чжун Шэнгуй.
Строительство железной дороги «Китай – Кыргызстан – Узбекистан» планируют начать 27 декабря 2024 года.
