معتمدیان استاندارتهران: آموزش غیر حضوری تمام مقاطع تحصیلی (دولتی و غیردولتی) در دو نوبت صبح و عصر، تعطیلی ادارات و دانشگاه‌های استان تهران جز دماوند و فیروزکوه برای فردا چهارشنبه، پنجم دی ماه اعلام می‌شود. این تعطیلی شامل بانک‌ها، مراکز امدادی و درمانی و خدمات رسان نمی‌شود، همچنین امتحانات نهایی پایه های (نهم هماهنگ استانی بزرگسالان ) و (دوازدهم روزانه و هماهنگ استانی) طبق برنامه برقرار است.
