Судья так же издал указ до окончательного решения немедленно разблокировать финансирование процедур по смене пола для тех, кто уже проходит терапию, даже на начальных этапах.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
